Default UNKNOWN PATCH
I saw this at the Chatham Fair yesterday (Sunday) and I am not sure of it's ID.
I thought it was something to do with the TYNE ENGINEERS but the 28TH has thrown me. It is approx. 5" X 4" in size. Can it be ID please?
I do not have this item (yet) but hopefully will if it is indeed RE related.

Hi Jerry, The lightening bolts make me think Signals. But that thought may be incorrect.
