Default Bzh Bullion Patch / Cap Badge for ID.

This bullion wire patch came with a collection of WW2 badges, although I`m not sure if this is military, any ideas please ?

Badge is from Brittany (Breizh in Breton language) , seems to be a standard/local insignia used on various clothing items etc.
