On my PC, looks to be a dark red, so possibly medical???

Most probably a sub unit within 3 Div?

My opinion ? It’s totally bogus, some years ago these were being sold at the old Bristol militaria fair. They look like they’ve been made using a stencil carved out of a potato .
There , I’ve come down off the fence now !
