Default unknown para wing

Anyone identify this bullion wing? IMG_1072.jpg

IMG_1073.jpg Had this for years, thought it wasCanadian but there is no maple leaf on it. About 3 1/4 inches long. Any thought appreciated. Cheers Brian

I think a Belgian army PJI, privately made. Most probably before 2000 on the older service dress.
