Cap Identification Please?
Good day, everyone,
Can anyone please help with identifying the associated regiment for this cap? Pre-WW1 3rd Dragoon Guards? Thanks. |

On the face of it UK Traffic Warden. However, the side buttons suggest something else. Perhaps non-military band or similar.

Cap
General Service kings crown button, would say it was military. See attached cap has yellow piping around top edge.

Many thanks for your inputs and information given. What about Royal Northwest Mounted Police or Canadian Pay Army Corps?

Royal Canadian Mounted Police would be my suggestion, and the buttons have been replaced by somebody, perhaps for theatre use where the small detail didn't really matter.
