Default Help Regarding TA ....

Hello
I hoping you can me with information regarding my wife's grandad. We have his army service records and 2 of his medals the Defense and War medal I have got a replacement Efficiency medal but would like to know what sleeve patchs he would have worn if any. The idea is to have them framed up rather than in a draw. The patches you see in the picture are what I think he may have had but I'm not sure Please correct me ...
He was in 309 Battery/128 Unit HAA which seems to be in Sheffield. Have is some pictures if it will help.
Thanks for your time Carl

...looks like an Anti Aircraft patch? I think its the AA Command Insignia (WW2) ..... so not specific to a Battery or Battalion.

Thanks is this the correct design as I've looked on here and I'm thinking it should be a 'rounded bow' ?

First pattern formation badge. Unable to read the text properly, but it looks as though he was awarded Special Proficiency Pay (SPP) and may have worn the SP in wreath badge.
