The first four are sweetheart brooches/pins. The crowns could have come from anything - including officers' epaulette crowns. Hope that helps. David

Thanks David, the dark coloured crown came with some star shaped pips the same colour, I also got some pips of the same design but a gold colour, I will post these up as well tomorrow. I don't suppose you could give me an approximat date could you on any of the ones I have posted?

Much appreciated

Hello Jason,

Your Naval Sweetheart badges date from 1902 to 1953 as they bear the Tudor or King’s crown.

As does your RAF sweetheart but this dates from I believe 1918 to 1953.

The collar badge with the backing plate is for the Royal Army Ordnance Corps (RAOC) and is post 1953 as it bears the St Edwards or Queens crown.

The single crown you show is also a king’s crown, rank badge for an officer. The other two crowns appear to be Queen’s crowns.
