Default FIRMIN

CHRIS, I went to the Aldershot Militaria Society show on Sunday at the Maltings in Farnham, Surrey, UK and I brought the following A/A badge:_
Made by FIRMIN, E11R with QC in silver anodised with slider, size 40mm high & 28mm wide. I am told it could be a museum, castle or palace badge.
It is similar to a gold anodised badge I have but no maker name which I believe is for Hampton Court Palace wardens(picture shown)
Regards Jerry.

Hi Jerry,

I'm sure you are right. A lot of people think these are the Norfolk Yeomanry and I have photos of the original artwork in files somewhere to show that the Norfolk Yeomanry were a lot wider.

Will post them when I get to them.

Regards

Chris

Default FIRMIN

I have noticed that makers like FIRMIN have different markings on the back of badges. So far for FIRMIN I have seen/have:-
FIRMIN
FIRMIN LONDON
FIRMIN B'HAM
FIRMIN & SONS.
Would it be useful if the badges are listed by the different marks on the rear??
