Default unknow items

hi all
went off today to see a backyard dealer. an old chap who has dabbled with collectables buying and selling from a shed in his backyard for decades.
i went through all his junk boxes and came out with this lot.
help needed please

3 x wings, what nationality and what period. 2 fine lugs to rear

of the 7 annodised badges, i know what the obvious ones are, west yorkshire, nursing, shropshire and artillery, but what are the other 3 badges?

6 badges, i know 1 of them is a 13th hussars collar, but what are the other items and are they genuine?

what are these divisional patches?

The cloth crusaders cross is 1st Army (similar pattern exists with a red cross for 2nd Army), I THINK the Camel patch is for British Troops Egypt and is post war.

The camel patch is GHQ Middle East. Sad to say, from the looks of it it's a dodgy one.
