Default Flat Topped Victorian Crown, Crossed Lances & Cypher Button.

Can anyone identify this button please?
I have an idea that I did identify it a couple of decades ago but now............

Hello Leigh

It looks like Indian Army, Central India Horse to me. Used by several regiments that used that designation somewhere in their title, ie 38th and 39th King George's Own Central India Horse and successor units post 1922.
