Help with identification
This badge appears on the crossbelt of an unknown man. A whistle on chain is also attached. The collar badges and hat badge are indistinguishable, apart from being circular and headed with a royal crown. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, not mine. Helping someone else with ID of RPPC. I know the item is not for sale. The full photo is of a PPman - probably Christian and he has two pips on epaulettes so probably a recently appointed lieutenant, Circa 1920-5 - actual date uncertain.
