Default Royal Ulster Constabulary Pipe Band badges

These badges were worn by the RUC Pipe Band in full Highland dress. They are all silver or chrome plated but no maker or other marks are on the reverse, note that some of the badges are copies of the forage cap or old night helmet blackened brass badges. Also worn with the band uniform (not pictured here) were silvered RUC uniform buttons.

Waist belt clasp, Drum Major

Waist belt clasp, Band member

Glengarry badge, Undress uniform

Kilt Pin

lovely set of badges peter. I believe they were made by a serving member of the RUC as there was no budget for them to be manufactured. The chrome backing plates were made in Harland & Wolff in Belfast.
