Default Asking the experts...... again !

Hi guys .. It has been a while since i asked for help as I have not really had any obscure military badges , However I have just acquired these cuff links with an interesting badge on the front , They may not even be military but it looks to me like lady Britannia , perhaps with children , not sure . Anyway excuse the waffling.. As usual any help is really appreciated

P.S , I buy and sell rather than collect , people have asked me to clearly state this in the past , I hope this wont effect weather you choose to help me or not !!

Thanks again

This lady has a shield and a trident. Marianne has other features

It seems one of the chaps is handing her a document.

In case it is masonic you need a rainy afternoon to find the lodge: https://www.dhi.ac.uk/lane/record.php?ID=785
