help please with to ID a couple of colour patches
hi all
in need of help. can anyone please ID a couple of colour patches? thanks in advance bc

I guess the right hand patch is for Catering Corps personnel in First or Second Aust Army. Probably Second because this patch appears in some numbers on a large blanket of colour patches held in the Victoria Barracks Collection in Sydney.
It was not an authorised colour patch although it appears to have been worn. There is no reason for the left hand patch to exist, might have been a manufacturer's stuff-up for HQ NSW Line of Communication Area. Keith
