HIGHLAND L.I. - odd looking elephant?

Chaps, does the elphant on this QVC HLI look right? IMO, when compared with a KC badge it looks like a strange "beastie" The front leg looks quite peculiar.There are also strike defects between the mouthpiece and loop of the horn and to the left of the horn. Badge is more flat than domed. Loops don't look too bad. Any thoughts from the Scot's Guru's.
