OTC`s,Cadets, CCF,ACF etc
I have always felt that this is a neglected area of collecting and research, I know a couple of collectors who specialise in the subject and there are a few books like Rawlings that deal exclusively with badges of these units.
I have always liked the display in the KSLI museum which shows the insignia of the various cadet units affliiated to the Regiment. This appear to be something of a one off, the other regimental museums I have visited appear to ignore the affiliated cadets and OTC`s I am attaching pictures of a drawing of a badge of the Liverpool Collegiate Institution cadet unit and a picture of a Sergeant Stretcher Bearer of the 1st. Cadet Battalion, Kings Liverpool Regt- look at the position of his "shoulder" titles. If anyone has similar items to any other cadet/OTC unit I am sure lots of us would like to see them. P.B.

Andrew,
I think someone on the Forum was in touch with Keith Rawlings in the not too distant past. On the inside cover of my book it says: Copies if this book are obtainable from Keith Rawlings 81 Norton Road Bournemouth BH9 2PZ Might be worth a letter. P.B.
