My full dress marksman badges
I believe these represent all of the standard issue rifle marksman badges or awards (Lee Enfields), meaning not special events such as Bisley etc.
Although these have been touched upon before, I remain confused as to which arm they are to be worn on. The white worsted or bullion plain ones I believe are only worn on the lower left sleeve as they would be the basic marksman badge. I have seen the crowned versions worn on either lower sleeve as awards and I believe on the upper right arm by Sgt. instructors. Not sure just as to the Champion marksman award, but guessing lower right? CB

Nearly correct. The Company Shot, star over rifles and the Battalion Shot for Sgts, crown, wreath and rifles were both only worn lower left arm. Also you are missing Battalion Shot for Cpl's and Privates, star over rifles in wreath regards

I have never seen a worsted version before. As to the backing color, it would be my assumption that this would depend upon the uniform of the regiment or corps, dark blue being for Guards, RE etc. as for all other trade/qualification badges.
Indeed, I am missing the star with wreath version and cannot recall ever having seen one before. I am assuming they are rather rare. CB
