Default Australian Formation Signs

Are most Australian formation signs (2000-2019) issued in two sizes? One for the shoulder sleeve insignia and the other for the puggaree?

Most of the rectangular barracks patches (worn on shoulder) are the same size (especially if they are official issue patches) however some locally made ones in places such as Iraq or Afghanistan may differ in size and dimension.

Colour patches (worn on puggaree) come in different shapes and sizes however all the various shapes all tend to be the same size. ie All rectangular patches should all be the same size, all the circle ones the same size etc etc.
