Regulations for the Home Guard

Sorry a bit off topic but I'm looking for a bit of information from this wartime publication and hope someone here can help me.

A have the amendment shown below but I would like to see the original section that it amends in the full book of regulations.

Actually it would be nice to see the entire section on vehicles.
