I am trying to identify the Army’s administrative councils / committee and what documentation’s was used in the Reporting & Controls of the Army.

Administrative Body of the British Army

Army council of Officers 1647 – 1648
Council of Officers 1648 - ?
?
Army Council instructions Jan1904 – March 1964
War office Army Instructions WO293. 1914 – 1915
Defence Council Instructions (Army)( Executive Committee of the Army Board meets 2 times a year)
