Anybody make anything of these?
They came with a collection of Jordanian badges but clearly are not. The RQMS rank badge has quite the wrong crown and the tiny eagle collar(?) is not right either. Can't make out the inscription on the eagle.Any suggestions?

Well they are now sorted. The rank badge is Libyan pre revolution and the eagle is probably Syrian. Scroll reads Al Muqawma al sha'bia - People's Resistance.
