ID please

Hi I’m hoping someone can id this kafiya I have had it for best part of 20 years and was given it and I have always thought it came from the TOS. The kafiya is 117 cm square and has the remains of a blue ink stamp in arbic script this was clearer when I first got it.the inside only shows the red lines and not the red dog tooth pattern
