Default Cape Mounted Police

Hello all in the free world

Given the current state of play with titles/cut outs etc I am wondering what opinions are with regards to the attached? It came in a batch of bits and bobs.
Anyone any idea on time frame?
Feel free to be blunt!
Dave

Hi Dave, It looks okay to me. It is very difficult with just a picture. It looks as if the original lugs were crudely replaced with a brooch pin. This is only my oppinion. Have a grand day. Regards Andrew
