Ww2 Signals? Please help

Hi All

While clearing my grandfather's garage I found a item I cannot identify. This was with a large number of cap badges which had been kept following my grandfather's return from serving in Ww2. We have a lot of ex service men in the family and a lot of friends that have served but we cannot identify this. Any info would be gratefully received.
