Hi
Anyone that can help me with more info regarding these Belgian badges.
Size is approx 3cmx2cm

Hi, this is in fact the shoulderbadge from "Bataljon Bevrijding" a Belgian infantrybattalion, translated as Liberation Batallion which inhereted the traditions of the WW2 Brigade Piron. This shoulderbadge was worn on the old battledress and the winter- and summer servicedress worn until around 2000 when the new darkgreen one was introduced. It has nothing to do with the division patches.
After the cold war the 5th infantry of the line came back from Soest (Germany) to Leopoldsburg (Belgium) where it merged with Bataljon Bevrijding and the current name is Bataljon Bevrijding/5e Linie. These shoulderbadge are obsolete since around 2000.
