Default 'TG' in wreath with King's Crown

Any identification on this please. Looks like TG in wreath in naval style. 43mm x 49mm

I think it is Technical Officer for Bechuanaland Protectorate, or a similar British Protectorate but i’m at work at present. I’m sure it is in the Colonial Badges book, and has probably been on the Forum before. If no-one else has positively ID’d it I’ll check when I get home this evening.
