It is a wrist band worn in shirt sleeve order (sleeves rolled up) on the right wrist by a Warrant Officer Class 1. The badge is the Royal Arms.
Brassards are worn on upper arm. Tim

Hi Tarabelle
No. A brassard is worn on the upper arm - sleeve. The item shown is a 'wrist strap' rank badge - Warrant Officer Class 1. The wrist strap is worn in shirt sleeve working dress when the shirt worn during warmer weather has short sleeves. The wrist strap is worn on the right wrist. They also come in brown or black leather with anodised aluminium badges and are worn by both Warrant Officer Class 1 and Warrant Officer Class 2. Regards Steve
