Default Royal Crest within Wreath, Embroidered Red on White 10.8 cm Diameter.

Does anyone know what this is please?

Royal Crest (King's Crown) within laurel wreath, red with black detail embroidered on white, 10.8 cm diameter, the Royal Crest padded.

It does indeed, the size seems to indicate a tracksuit or PT vest badge but the fabric and construction wouldn't handle any rough wear or laundering.
For some reason I was considering WRAC, ACC, RAMC, RN, RM, Junior Soldiers, but I really havnt a clue on this one.

I have some of similar construction but just a red crown on white and royal crest with letter below in blue on white. Posted them in this link some time back and still not identified.
