Silver Rising Sun badge with prongs ??

Hi all
have a Silver rising sun badge maker marked Stokes and sons with prongs on back is this a post WW2 badge and who wore it also any idea of value ??

Hi Rob

As its an Australian Military Forces badge its got to be 1948 to 1953 as they became QC after that.

Sorry no Idea who wore it but I'd put about $200 on it and Im interested if you are selling.

White metal ?? can you polish white metal to look like silver? Have included better photos of front and back of badge .Was bought in a job lot as the guy did not want to sell me the one badge I wanted so had to get all of them .

So if white metal what would it be worth?? And is it Armoured Corps?? Collar size not large size.

It's not an armoured corps badge. They only ever wore ones with lugs.
