Default HAC Grenade badge

I would like some opinion on this badge. It does not look good to me but I defer to more knowledgeable folk on here. It came with other genuine badges. The small R A collar I assume lost it's Unique scroll but there is no trace of one ever been fitted.
Thanks
John

The unique "UBIQUE" scroll was not worn by Officers in the Militia, and Volunteer Artillery 1902-1908 and Territorial Artillery 1908-1914.

Thank you Marc.
Very interesting. I did not know that. Have you any idea to narrow it down or could it be any of them.

Thanks

John

The Officers of the Militia placed a letter M under the Grenade, the Volunteers nothing, and those in the Territorials the letter T.
