Mystery badge

[Another Bubble]

Hello all,

I’m continuing to work through my backlog of badges for cataloguing and I’ve found another one that I can’t identify. I’ve done a search of the forum but I can’t find anything to match it but it’s possible that I didn’t use the correct search terms. I’ve also looked through the plates in Gaylor but can’t see anything that matches.

Can someone please identify it for me?
