hello
am i right to consider this badge as at least a fake and may be as a restrike from an original die?

I think it's original. It has been stripped of age related oxidation hence it's less than favourable appearance. PY.

I think it may be an original badge too. I cannot see anything particularly wrong with it, but if that bump between the two L is an indication, well....
