Default British Forces berlin FS

I found this quote, together with authority for the FS to be adopted, but have never seen evidence of it in use. Can anyone illuminate me please?

Thanks, Stephen.

27.09.63. GOC-in-C HQ BAOR wrote to Under Secretary of State (SD1). A proposal had been made that a redesigned badge be taken into use by the British Garrison in Berlin. It was proposed that the new design replaced the current Bde shoulder badge, Bde flag, and Bde vehicle sign. The new design incorporated the crest of West Berlin, a bear.

13.11.63. DSD informed HQ BAOR that the sign for the British Garrison in Berlin, proposed 27.09.63. had been approved, and could be taken into use by the Garrison forthwith.
