Default RECCE Colours

Anyone know which REECE wore this backing, I know that their Training at Catterick (The 62nd) did not,

Dumb newbie question , what is the correct orientation for Recce colours ?

Most of the photos on line show patch "square" with green uppermost yet the badge shown on the slouch hat has yellow on top and the original photo shows "diamond" style .

Recce Arm of Service strip colours are green to the front and yellow to rear. Modern square diagonally split is doing essentially the same.

No, no, it reflects a passionate interest rather than doings, on reflection it should be rac19391945.

Nice photo, I like the beret overhang, always thought that had a certain panache.

You don't even look any older than in the first photo either. Beret must have kept you young
