Looks like bits from the uniform of an officer in one of the Volunteer Battalions of the Cheshire Regiment.

Probably the 1st or 5th Volunteer Battalion that were dressed as rifles.

The badges extend into the Territorial period after 1908 and upto WW1.

A nice grouping.
