Default Polish Boys Trained by Royal Signals.

Dear Friends

Just to add my very small addition to this Thread.

The Professor Charles Thomas Collection containing the Polish Boys Trained by Royal Signals badge was actually purchased by a Forum Member. I shall not name him. But a good friend of mine.

The badge is actually worn on the left breast pocket on a White and Red Polish Flag coloured backing.

There are a few pieces of information on the web about the badge and one in particular by a young Polish boys whos father was indeed trained by the Royal Signals in Egypt.

The information shown in the Thread by engr9266 is the most accurate information I have read on the matter.

I have seen five or six of these badges and I was the person who did not win the auction back in 2017 as my bid was going nowhere at the time.

I am more than happy to say that the badge in my opinion is genuine and although not a mint style struck badge looks very much like a theatre made badges in Egypt at the time.

Still pleased I did not pay the asking price on ebay though.

Best wishes

Chris Walker
