Captain MacGill was a member of the Regiment's 2nd (Reserve) Battalion, and did not join the CEF, as evidenced by the dearth of decorations on his tunic.
Excellent photograph for the cap and collar badges, though. Too bad his tailor didn't have a hat that fit! Cheers, Dan. |
