This is another no makers name on this one very nice enamel

Very Interesting Association pin from the great war. I can not figure out the N.E.S. part of it. What does it stand for?

Personally I find these Association pins very under-rated. These along with Sweetheart Pins, are among the most beautiful militaria I have seen. Very ornate and fine enamel work.

As you said some very nice association badges out there, I am also stumped with N.E.S Is this the Royal Coat of Arms??
