Can someone put a time period to this badge, I am thinking CEF but not sure.

Not sure of the time frame but a different style of slider attachment than I've seen before...

These particular badges were issued in in the 1970s.

It is the 1922 pattern of FGH badge, which was slowly adopted to replace the type worn by the FGH in the CEF. This pattern of badge, by various makers, is still worn today.
