unknown insignia... at least for me
Hi all,
Here is one badge what I would like to ID and also valuate... I presume it is some kind a Birmingham militia or what? From what period it can be and what it's worth? Thanking you in advance, Timo

I am always looking early (pre 1939) British ribbon bars with foreign awards; interesting devices or just different construction solutions. Also I am seeking Royal Dublin Fusiliers items. I can help in small scale to research RDF soldiers (MICs, medal rolls, additional information, etc).

Birmingham Pals Shoulder Title

Thanking you in advance, Timo It is the top half of a WW1 period shoulder title for the 2nd Battalion of the Birmingham Pals. There should be a bottom half which reads R Warwickshire. Sadly not worht a great deal in it's current condition PL

Well, if someone brazed an ordinary Royal Warwickshire title to the bottom carefully, it could be worth quite a bit more - and you may be surprised what someone might pay just for this.
