ASC Officers KC Mess Dress collar?

Hi all,

I picked up this nice little ASC enamelled two piece KC badge and believe it may be a mess dress collar. It is in mint condition. I already have several pairs of ASC Officers enamel KC collars but this is a different pattern. It has the KC pushed down into the star pattern frosted silver backing plate and short lugs and measures 27x24mm.

Can anyone confirm the identity of this one please, thanks in advance, Dean.
