Default Do You Have....?

....An original copy of a cloth trade patch catalogue?

Greetings Lads & Lasses,

I'm continuing my research into the 'unofficial' cloth trade patches worn by motorcycle despatch riders (all periods). If anyone has any original trade badge manufacturers catalogues that you would be willing to share with me to aid my research, I would be most grateful.

If so, feel free to contact me direct at; royshadbolt@me.com

I know it's a long shot but my Mom always used to say 'there's no harm in asking'.

Cheers,

Roy

Well I'm guessing with the lack of a single response that no one actually has any trade badge catalogues, so I'm thinking they must be rather rare.

Perhaps if folks could keep their eyes open and stow this in the back of their mind just in case one ever turns up.

Stranger things have happened..

Cheers,
Roy

Roy,

You may luck into going through your local library and requesting a copy via the interlibrary loan program. Sometimes there is a small fee involved, but usually not. Normally you go through the reference desk to see about it. I have used that so many times to get books I wanted to see before buying.

Stay well,

Terry
