Field Marshal, Admiral of the Fleet, Marshal of the RNZAF

Does anyone have any photographs showing HRH the Duke of Edinburgh wearing a uniform with the ranks of either Admiral of the Fleet of the RZN, Field Marshal, or Marshal of the RNZAF? I have not been successful at finding any and wonder what these ranks look like in an actual photograph.

Sorry, I have some of Prince Charles and Prince Andrew in New Zealand uniform, by non of the Duke of Edinburgh

Just killing some time and I came across this image, not sure if it's of any use.... And Navy things aren't my area at all, nevertheless:

Interestingly, the first medal on his ribbon bar is the Queens Service Order, which is purely a New Zealand award for either Community Service or For Public Services.
