Kevin 0I would be happy with it, also found in two piece construction.
Tony.

Tony.
Are the two piece badges considered to be genuine?
I thought that they'd been commented on in the past on the forum as fake ?

Leigh if indeed that is the case, I'm back on the hunt for a genuine example.
Cheers Tony.

I must've missed this thread - more posts saying genuine
than duff.

I see a hell of a lot of that badge without the bottom scroll and no sign of a breakage. At least one manufacturer was making them for another wearer, OTC, civil, etc.

Happy to see this thread, as at some point I plan to get the six unique badges worn by those regiments who served AA batteries or searchlight duties - this being one of them.

I do have one question about this example. I thought I had read here about the smiling horse on this badge being a fake, and this badge's horse seems to be smiling. Am I wrong about that, as I will want to know when I pursue them for my collection.

Terry
