Today is 104 years since the landing at Gallipoli on 25th April, 1915.

Hello all
We had a great commemoration at the Upwey/Belgrave sub branch of the RSL, we had about 2500 at each of the Dawn service at 6am and at the march and main service at 10am. As the light came up at dawn a Kookaburra laughed in a distant gum tree, just lovely. At the going down of the sun and in the morning the good people of Upwey and Belgrave did remember them. Lest we forget. And to Tony b, thanks mate you are a good man. Regards Phil. |
