Default Left facing eagle for review

Hello as anybody encountered this variant of this left facing bird
With side cap lugs .I've had this many years from a old house Clearence.
Is it RNAS or early RFC thank you Paul

It is a RAF badge, arm badge for NCO Aircrew worn above stripes by FS and Sgt and on the lower arm by master Aircrew. It is worn as a pair, one left facing and one right facing and has been in use since 1950.
