picked these up today , any idea of what they are and value ? and more importantly are these ok not copies?

Sally Bosley has one for £175.
A repro with butterfly clasp sold on eBay for £21 a few days ago.

Yes I thought it was Women's Land Army but not my area of collecting so was not sure , if this badge is off interest to you , please contact me via email jrm@bigpond.net.au as i said not my area of collecting but these were to nice to pass up. Is the fanny title good?
