Default Large Commando dagger badge?

Dear Sneakies

I have come across this commando dagger thats 2 1/4 inches long and looped with a red scarlet backing...... anyone know what it is? I assume its an arm badge?

Hi
looks like a no
2commando cap badge with wrong backing which should be black. You see sometimes a red woollen backing with a no. 50-52 commando cap badge to keep it right/snug on cap. I think this badge is a trade of the mill repro. Can you show backing? Probably die struck.
