Default unknown Rhodesian INTAF type badges

These came out of Rhodesia but I have no idea about them and can only put them down to Headman Native type badges as used by INTAF ?As I dont read the lingo I would need help id them.

The top badge is from the old Rhodesian Native Department (ND) and was awarded to excellent farmers. The top words Murimi Mukuru are Shona and mean good / excellent farmer. The bottom words are in siNdebele and mean the same thing. Shona language is phonetical and a literal translation would be Farmers (murimi) Good / Excellent / Great (mukuru). The agricultural implement is a hoe (badza in Shona)

Am not sure what the bottom badge is. Could have religious connotation.

Thanks for that I think the other was a Zanu PF beret badge of sorts but not sure.
