For information, 2 HAC Stable belts, Regimental and HQ Sqn.

It is black. Correction, it is Training Wing not HQ Sqn - HQ Sqn wear Regimental belt.

Black - Training Wing

Regimental Colours - HQ Sqn

Red - 1 Sqn (not in photo (yet))

Green - 2 Sqn

Blue - 3 Sqn

The green is the same as the Light Infantry stable belt. It has the same ribs too.
Is there anything that 2 Sqn does or did that relates to the Light Infantry ? I have little or no knowledge regarding the HAC.

not to my knowledge, but as just replied to PL in other thread, this was worn by my daughter when she was in 2 Sqn.

I believe that 2 Sqn may have had previous affiliation with B Bty HAC. C Bty sort of became 3 Sqn in 1973.
